Good. Binding is very good, foxing at page edges and lightly scattered throughout. Otherwise, pages are clean. There are 6 2-cent stamps (1926 sesquicentennial) stuck to the page (recto) facing the front endpaper. Owner's name on front endpaper. Front board has light dampstain at top left corner, and there are water drop spots on the spine. No dampstain on pages.
